Marilyn Pagan (retired)

Participated in 6 Idol Jams, became the voice of NYPD Idol in EEO in 2004,  honored Jam's parents w/ true colors - Cyndi Lauper met Jam in person to hear the version and said "never let anyone tell you can't do something or you won't.  Mother of 4 incredible angels, one of whom (Xavier w/ mom, shown top right) graced her on stage for Idol Jam 2008, auditioned for American Idol & is now serving his country in Germany.  Marilyn is the wind beneath all wings and someday she will know it.

 Lyza Paredes (retired) 

 Participated in 6 Idol Jams, retired from QDAOS, worked DMVU 104, assigned to medical division, lab, viper unit, NSU16, sang for ceremonial unit. Multi-talented performer-entertainer we like to think of as our very own Stevie Nicks!  Lyza Has attended all 8 Jams and commands a room! She is a proud winner at the Annual Loughlin Karaoke contest singing "son of a preacher man" - and there is just nothing she can't sing!

 Freda Porter (retired) 

Alfreda AKA KJ (Diva Freda), Native New Yorker, born in the big BK. Has been singing & entertaining family & friends before she could walk.  Educated in the public school of New York, attended fashion industries of Manhattan, graduated from John Jay HS of Brooklyn. While attending Nassau Community College Freda decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a NYC Police Officer she completed the Academy in 1985, assigned to NSU-6, spent 8 years on patrol 5 yrs in community policing in 9th Pct. In 1995 became a detective while working in BSND. In 1997 she followed her career goal to work in special victims / child abuse squad. She retired in 2005 after 20+ yrs of service. Some call her Freda Payne, but her claim to fame is being one of the original NYPD Idols (also participated in all 8 Idol Jams).
